Trip to Hogsmeade - One week after school start.

It was a sunny day, it the beginning of September. After the first week of school there were finally a trip to Hogsmeade. Rosalynn was happy as she walked in the middle of her friends, smiling and pointing at the shops they all knew. "Look over there!" Rosalynn pointed at the road leading to the The Shrieking Shack, and without looking back at the others she ran towards it. The older students always told about that place, telling how scary it was and so on, in the first years Rosalynn had believe them, but now she just wanted to see it for herself, although she weren't allowed to go by herself, and it didn't seem like the others would join her, but it didn't stop her from running towards it anyway.

Fred saw Rosalynn "Rosalynn!!" Fred began to run after her
"what are you doing?!?" Fred had been in there a dozen of times. Fred could hear the studens begining to talk, but he didn't care. He wanted Rosalynn safe.

Rosalynn stopped and turned to look at him. "I just want to see it," she sent him a smile, not knowing why he seemed so worried, it didn't seem so dangerous, just old and abandoned.

"no, Rosalynn.. You do not wish to see it. And not while the teachers are here" he softly took her hand while he had a worried look in his green eyes "please?" he asked her softly.
He could here some of the Slytherin boys yelling their names and making kissing sounds.

Rosalynn bit her lip and gently she took her hand away from him, a confused look in her eyes. "Okay, I won't go then," she said with a low voice. "But, you should go back to your... friends," as she said that she turned away from him and walked back to the rest of her friends from Hufflepuff, she didn't know why, but inside she felt like something had broken. She didn't want to turn her back against him, but neither did she want to be the one to blame when he got bullied by the rest of Slytherin.

Fred looked after Rosalynn with a sad look in his eyes. He began to walk when the Slytherin boys pushed him back against The Shrieking Shack yelling "Are little Freddy scared of The Shrieking Shack? You have been in there before, you chicken!!"
His so called "friends" pushed Fred inside and shut the door close and ran back. Laughing their lungs out.
All Fred hoped now was that someone saw it and would tell the teacher or he would have to go throw The Shrieking Shack to get out.

At that moment Rosalynn had looked back to try and catch a glimpse of Fred, when she realized what had just happened, suddenly not knowing whether to tell a teacher or to simply go there by herself. In the end she chose the last option and left the others when they weren't looking, getting inside The Shrieking Shack. "Fred?" she called out as the opened the door he was behind, stepping inside and hearing the door shut behind her. Locked before she could even see what had happened.

"Rosalynn?" Fred called back as he heard her voice. He ran to her from where he was sitting.
"did the door slam close behind you?" he asked as he hugged her.

Rosalynn looked a little shocked at him when he hugged her, but just nodded as an answer. "Yes.. Yes it.. it did," she stuttered.

Fred sighed and let go of her
"then we have to go through the house and try to find a way out" he said even thought he kinda knew where the other exit was.

Rosalynn gave a small nod, she was still a little shocked, but quickly shook it away. "Yes, let's get out of here again before the teachers notice that we're gone. I don't need any more trouble," she said as she walked in a random direction.

Fred looked after her "by now they already know" Fred said and pushed some bloody funiture aside, getting his white pants covered in dry blood and fresh blood from the broken glass laying around.
Small "ouch"'s came from his mouth.

Rosalynn bit her lip and for once stayed close to him, having to keep her mind under control so she wouldn't panic. "Fred... I don't like this," she whispered, in the next second jumping back with a scream as something crunched underneath her foot and she thought she saw something move on the ground close to them. Her eyes clearly showed the fear she felt now.

Fred looked at her, knowing how she flet. He hugged her, trying no to get blood on her clothes.
"we'll be out soon okay?" he softly said, kissing her forehead.

Rosalynn's first thought at that moment was to push him way, just like she had done since the day after they trip outside school at night because she saw that he got teased and bullied because of her. She didn't want that, he was a sweet guy, he didn't deserve that because of her, so she pushed him and her own feelings away. But now, in this moment she was so filled with fear that she couldn't help but to hold him close, and as she hide her face at his chest she could feel tears run down her cheeks.

Fred held her close. This was the first time in a week he had got to hug her. He missed her so much. More than he thought he would have.
He took the pieces of glass out of his hands and dries them off in his white pants, that never were gonna get white again.
One of his hand ran through her hair, trying his very best clam her down.
"I know how you feel, Rose.." He said softly into her ear, hoping she would know she wasn't alone.

Rosalynn's body was shaking. She didn't dare to move away from him, she didn't want to. Something inside her screamed that it was wrong, that she would only bring more pain to him, but how could something so wrong feel so right?
The tears ran down her cheeks, she tried to hide it by pushing her head toward his chest, clenching a hand around his shirt, a little sob escaping.

Fred let her listen to his heart beat, hoping it would clam her down.
He kissed her on her forhead, trying hard to hold his tears back.
He took off his shirt, he had around his hips, and put it around her so she would freeze.
He pushed the drawer away with his foot, as he held her close.
He kissed her forhead again.

Rosalynn slowly got more calm, but she didn't let go of him. She was still shaking, not because she was freezing, but because she was scared. "I don't want to be here," she managed to whisper, looking down as she stepped away from him and wiped away the tears from her cheeks, not wanting him to see her cry.
"We should go back, before we get in trouble," she looked up, trying to hide the sorrow in her heart. She didn't want to go away, deep inside she wanted to stay there with him, but something inside her mind kept saying that it wasn't right, and for now she chose to listen to that, therefore she turned away from him and walked in the direction she thought was the way out.

Fred looked at her, hiding the sadness he felt.
"This way then.." He said and walked into the small tunnel he had dug the very first time he was there. He was away for days, because he had to dig the tunnel.
"I dug this the first time I was here" he said and handed Rosalynn his hand to guide her.

Rosalynn followed him, but she didn't take his hand. She stayed at least three steps behind him. Swallowing her fear and trying to ignore the pain in her chest, trying to stop her tears from falling again.

"why haven't we been talking this last week, rosalynn?" Fred asked her.

Rosalynn bit her lip. That question she didn't want to answer, she felt guilty, but why? Hadn't she helped him by staying away? Hadn't she done it so he wouldn't be bullied? What was there to feel guilty about?
She looked down, not saying anything. Not knowing what to say. She just kept feeling guilty and had to fight back the tears in her eyes.

Fred stopped and turned to look at her.
"Have I done something to not deserve your friendship?" he asked with tears in his eyes.
"I don't care if I'm being bullied, as long as I have you by my side" he said and dried his eyes.

Rosalynn bit her lip harder, it was almost bleeding because she bit so hard, trying to find an excuse to why she hadn't talked to him. "No," she said slowly, keeping her gaze turned towards the ground. "No, it's not you, it's me," she mumbled, then walked past him, hoping that she was walking the right way.
